Inside a Philly rowhome

Every pipe in the house, and who fixes it.

Water comes in from the main under the street, gets heated in the basement, feeds the kitchen and bath, then drains back out to the city sewer. Pick a number to see the work.

How it goes

Straight answers before anything gets cut open.

The crew brings 14 years of residential and commercial plumbing experience. Here is what a visit looks like.

  1. We listen first

What you noticed, what changed, what you already tried.

  2. We explain the options

In plain language, with a path that fits your budget and timeline, before work starts.

  3. We respect the house

Boot covers, drop cloths and a broom at the end of the day are standard, not extras.

  4. We follow up

If something needs a second look, we come back.

Who we work for

Homes and businesses.

Same crew, same standards, whether it is a rowhome bathroom or a restaurant restroom.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes. AlbPlumbing is open 24 hours, 7 days. If we are on another call, leave a message. Urgent calls are returned as soon as we can.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. Offices, retail, restaurants, warehouses and property managed buildings, as well as homes and rentals.

Who owns the sewer line under my street?

In Philadelphia, the sewer lateral from your house to the city main is the property owner’s responsibility, and so is the water service line. We can camera the sewer line and show you its condition.

Will I know what the job involves before you start?

Yes. You get a clear diagnosis and your options before any work starts, with no pressure.

What areas do you cover?

Philadelphia, plus Cheltenham, Jenkintown, Bensalem, Abington and nearby towns. Not sure if you are in range? Call and ask.

Water where it should not be?
