24 Hour Emergency Plumber in Philadelphia, PA
Burst pipes, sewage backups and no water. The line is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Some problems cannot wait for Monday
Active flooding, sewage backing up into a living space or a business, no water in the whole building. Those need a fast response, and that is what our 24 hour line is for.
Call (267) 279-8533. If we are on another line, leave a message with your address and what is happening. Urgent calls are returned as soon as we can.
What counts as an emergency
- A burst or frozen pipe
- Water coming through a ceiling or wall
- Sewage backing up into a tub, toilet or floor drain
- A water heater leaking from the tank
- No water anywhere in the building
- A leak you cannot shut off
While you wait
- Shut off the main water valve. In most Philadelphia homes it is in the basement at the front wall.
- For a leaking water heater, close the cold water valve on top and turn off its gas or breaker.
- For a sewage backup, stop running water anywhere in the building.
- Keep people and pets away from standing water near outlets or appliances.
- Take photos. They help us, and they help with insurance.
If you smell gas, leave the building first and call your gas utility from outside.

Philadelphia winters split pipes
When the temperature drops into the teens, the pipes that freeze are usually the ones on outside walls, in back kitchens and in unheated basements. A frozen pipe often splits without leaking until it thaws, which is why the call so often comes the next morning.
On the coldest nights, open the cabinet doors under sinks on outside walls and let a faucet drip. If a line has already frozen, never use an open flame on it. Call us.
