Is it worth repairing an old faucet?
Often, yes. A new cartridge or stem can stop a drip for years. If the body is corroded or the parts are no longer made, we tell you and quote a replacement.
My toilet runs on and off by itself. What is wrong?
Usually a worn flapper or fill valve letting water seep into the bowl. It is a quick repair, and it stops the wasted water.
Do you install fixtures during a remodel?
Yes. We set the rough-in and come back to trim out the fixtures once the tile and cabinets are done. See new construction and renovation.
