New Construction & Renovation Plumbing in Philadelphia, PA
Underground, rough-in and finish plumbing for new builds, conversions and gut renovations, ready for inspection.

From open dirt to finished bathrooms
New construction plumbing happens in stages, and every stage has to be right before the next trade covers it up. We handle the underground drains, the rough-in through the framing and the final trim, for new builds and for renovations that move walls, kitchens and bathrooms.
Builders need a plumber who shows up when the schedule says and leaves the site ready for the next trade. Homeowners renovating need someone who explains what is happening inside the walls. We do both.
Projects we take on
- New single and multi unit buildings
- Basement bathrooms and finished basements
- Kitchen and bath gut renovations
- Tenant fit outs: sinks, dishwashers, coffee bars and bar sinks
- Sump and ejector pumps where fixtures sit below the sewer
- Water heaters and supply lines sized for the new layout
Four stages, one plumber
Underground
Drain lines set below the slab or basement floor, pitched and tested before the concrete goes in.
Rough-in
Drain, waste, vent and supply lines run through the framing, ready for the inspector.
Inspection
Code aware work you can stand behind at inspection, resale or lease turnover.
Trim and finish
Fixtures set, connected and tested once the tile and cabinets are in.

Building in Philadelphia
Infill houses and multi unit conversions are going up all over the river wards, and every one of them needs every line run from scratch. Renovations in older rowhomes bring the opposite challenge: tying new work into a century old stack and making it all drain the way it should.
Either way, the plumbing gets planned before the walls go up, so the inspector sees clean work and you do not pay to open finished walls later.

New Construction & Renovation questions
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. We work directly for builders and GCs as well as homeowners running their own renovation.
Can you add a bathroom in my basement?
Often, yes. It depends on where the main drain sits and whether the new fixtures can drain by gravity. If they cannot, an ejector pump handles it. We look at it and give you a straight answer.
Do you handle multi unit buildings?
Yes. Our recent work includes a four unit new construction building.
Water where it should not be?
Call now. We are open 24 hours, and if we miss you, we call back.
